2. OUR PRODUCTS
Our products are fresh, perishable food and drink items, prepared in small batches to order. Product images are for illustration purposes; minor variations in appearance may occur as our products are made from natural ingredients.
ALLERGEN NOTICE: Our products contain NUTS (almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, pistachios) or COCONUT and are produced in an environment where nuts are handled. If you have a nut allergy, please do not consume our products.
3. ORDERS
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This does not mean your order has been accepted; acceptance takes place when your order is dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example where a product is unavailable or where there is an error in pricing. If we cancel an order that you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.
Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct before completing your order.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you complete your order. We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our secure payment providers. We do not store your card details.
5. DELIVERY
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Most orders arrive within 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Our products are perishable. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and refrigerate the products promptly. We cannot take responsibility for spoilage caused by a missed delivery, an incorrect address, or products not being refrigerated after delivery.
Responsibility for the products passes to you once they have been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
6. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Because our products are perishable, the usual 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply, in line with the exemption for goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. For the same reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been dispatched or collected.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears unsafe to consume, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit or refund.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your rights where products are faulty, unsafe or not as described.
7. OUR LIABILITY
We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. GENERAL
